Thank you for choosing Mother Babe! We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple refund and return policy.
Damaged or defective items 14 days:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info.motherbabe@gmail.com  to send us details and photos. If there are damaged items or delivery errors on our part, we will issue a full replacement, credit, or refund, including shipping to you at our expense, at our discretion.

14-day return policy:
We only accept returns for unused and unopened packages. You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Please write the original order number on the box when returning a package. The shipping cost from the original order is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for purchasing the new return label. Refunds are processed within 28 business days; however, it may take longer for the funds to appear on the card you used to make the purchase.
How to initiate a return:
Contact us: Before returning any item, contact us at info.motherbabe@gmail.com  to initiate the return process.
Return authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
Pack the item: Print or tape the return label over our original shipping label to cover it before shipping. Make a note of the tracking number. It is also recommended that you take photos of the package before shipping as additional proof in case the return package is lost.
Include the RA number: Clearly write the RA number provided on the outside of the package.
Refund process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
